New(ish) CaterBook Website

We would like to announce the launch of our fantastic new-look website!

The updated site is packed with new features and information. There's an improved help section, which includes an enhanced online support facility. Do let us know if you would like your hotel to appear on our testimonials page (reciprocal links will improve traffic to your website).

New Interactive Demos

Following the success of our first interactive demos, we've added some more! These clear and easy to follow videos will guide you through CaterBook's various functions. Recently added videos include step by step guides to:

changing the CaterBook colour settings (customise the program to suit your décor!)

entering, modifying and deleting a diary entry

making entries to the supplier list

entering outgoing payments

reconciling outgoing payments

using the search function

New Cancellations Report

By popular demand ...
A number of you have requested that CaterBook includes a cancellation report. We like to receive your feedback and respond to it wherever possible, so we've spent the tail-end of summer beavering away on creating this new report. It will be available with the next update of the program (completely free of charge to customers who subscribe to our support package). It will include cancellation information along with details of any retained payments.

We hope you will find it useful.

 

Program Updates

Get up to date!
We are always developing CaterBook. Program updates are available as FREE downloads with your annual support subscription. To get them, simply click SYSTEM on the main screen, followed by INTERNET and then UPDATE CATERBOOK. This will check if a new version of the program is available and download it. CaterBook will then shut down and restart using the new version of the program.
