Postcode functionality for less.
Postcoding software can be a bit costly for business that don't need a large number of addresses and so the convenience and accuracy available is lost. CaterBook have addressed this by teaming up with SimplyPostcode who are able to offer 500 postcode lookups for just £50.00. The smallprint is that you can only look up 500 codes in a year, however in many cases this may be a reasonable number of searches during that period and at the price it's unbeatable. Epos Till Connections
CaterBook now communicates further
CaterBook can now connect to Vectron Epos till as well as Mirific Systems Epos and ICR Touch. We also have a connections available for other systems too. Call us if you find this to be a minefield or try Mirific systems who we have worked with on installation systems.
Watch movies at work!?
Instructional movies in CaterBook.
This is still in the early stages of development so we would be pleased to hear your feedback on a new functionality built into CaterBook. If you right click on the QUOTE/BOOKING option you will be asked if you want to see a movie which explains how to use the quotation or booking function. The intention is to create instructional videos for all aspects of the system but we would be delighted to hear your thoughts on this before we go too far.
You will need to have a recent version of CaterBook, an internet connection and flash player must be on your machine, or the movies won't play.
