CaterBook add SimplyPostcode option. CaterBook already works with QAS and AFD postcoding, however these solutions can be on the expensive side if you do not require large number of postcodes. SimplyPostcode have created an answer to this problem by offering 500 lookups in a 12 month period for just £50.00 plus VAT. This is an ideal cost effective method for smaller hotels and guest houses. If you wish to add SimplyPostCode to your CaterBook package let us know and we will gladly set it up for you.

With VisitWales acknowledging the legal difficulty by withdrawing bookings altogether and VisitScotland following suit, VisitBritain are reticent to give way to the legal implications.

CaterBook automatically charges guest bills with bar and restaurant items using Epos systems such as ICR Touch Items can be charged in the bar or restaurant directly to the room bill. CaterBook collects this information and automatically updates the guest bill. No extra charge is made for this functionality.
